Why Is My GPU Only Running at 50%?

I've built a PC with an RX 6600, Ryzen 5 5500, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM. While it's not the most high-end setup, I assumed it would handle games decently. However, when I play games like Escape from Tarkov, BF6, and War Thunder, my CPU and GPU only hit about 50% utilization. I have to run games on low settings to get close to 60 FPS. I've seen others claim this setup should manage medium settings with 60 FPS. Any advice or ideas on what might be limiting my performance?

It's pretty normal for a GPU to not be fully utilized in every game; it really depends on what's happening in the game and what resources it needs at the time. Also, you might want to check if your RAM is in dual-channel mode. Go to Task Manager, check the Performance tab, and look at Memory. If it says '1 out of 2,' then you’re only using a single stick, which can hurt performance. I suggest adding another 16GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM if you haven't already.

I’m using 2x8GB DDR4 3200, and I just ordered another set of 2. Do you think this is causing the issue? This is my first build, so I’m still figuring everything out!
