I recently bought some used Dell business laptops, and after performing a factory reset, I'm being asked to log in with a work or school email. Unfortunately, I don't see an option to use my own Microsoft account or to select 'join domain instead'. From my research, it seems that the previous owners didn't unlink these laptops from their Microsoft Azure/Intune/365/Autopilot accounts before disposing of them. Since I'm looking to use these laptops for my startup, I want to find a way to resolve this so I can set them up without contacting the original company's IT department, as I don't know who they are.

Have you thought about reinstalling Windows using a USB drive instead of the factory image? That might help bypass the login requirement.
I just ordered a USB to do that, but I’m not sure about the steps involved.
