I've got two Xbox controllers and I'm trying to play with my friend on my Windows 11 computer. The first controller paired up just fine, but I'm struggling with the second one. To connect both, I need to remove the second controller from my Bluetooth settings first. However, whenever I try to remove it, I get an error saying 'Remove failed' after attempting for 10 seconds. I've searched online for solutions and have tried quite a few, including using the device manager to remove it, but nothing's working. The controller works perfectly when it's connected with a cable, but it won't connect via Bluetooth once I disconnect it. I've even tried restarting my PC multiple times. If anyone has tips on how to remove the controller from my Bluetooth devices or a workaround to pair it without removing it first, I'd really appreciate it!

One thing you can try is to completely turn off Bluetooth on your PC. That way, when you try to remove the controller, it can't connect, which might help get rid of it from the list. After you remove it, turn Bluetooth back on and try connecting again.
It's odd that you're unable to remove it. If turning off Bluetooth doesn't work, another option is to reset your PC’s Bluetooth settings. You can do this by going to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, and then removing all devices and re-adding them. Just be careful with your other devices if you have a lot.
