You don't need to worry too much about your personal GitHub if you've got solid work experience. If there’s nothing on your personal account worth showing, just leave it off your resume. Focus on what you achieved in your job instead.
Trust me, years of experience matter more than side projects. Most hiring managers won’t heavily weigh your GitHub if you’ve been working professionally for a few years, unless your projects are impressive or really relevant to the job you're applying for.
