I just got my new RX 9060 XT, and I'm puzzled because in most games, the GPU seems to be maxing out at 50% usage, which also corresponds with my FPS being around 50. My CPU usage is fine, usually sitting at about 60%, so I'm not sure what's causing this issue. Can anyone offer some insights or solutions?

What CPU are you using? It's important to know, as some CPUs can definitely become a bottleneck if they're not up to par with your GPU.
It sounds like you might be experiencing a CPU bottleneck. Even if your CPU is running at 60%, if the game doesn’t use all your CPU cores effectively, it could be limiting your GPU. For instance, if you have an 8-core CPU but the game only utilizes 4 cores fully, your overall performance can still suffer without hitting 100% CPU usage.
