I'm trying to download Windows 11 from the official Microsoft site to use Rufus for creating a bootable drive on my new PC. However, every time I click the download button, my internet cuts out and I get a splash page saying "go.microsoft.com cannot be reached." This has happened on my laptop, my old PC, and even my work laptop when using various internet connections like home Wi-Fi, LTE hotspot, and my office network. You're probably not doing anything wrong on your end. Sometimes, issues can happen if you're using a VPN or certain router settings that might block access. If you have anything like that set up, try disabling it temporarily and see if you can connect.
I think turning off my VPN helped! I was able to download it without any issues after that.
