Can Someone Help Review My PC Build?

I'm looking for help and confirmation on the parts I've selected for my PC build. I've created a list of components on a PC building site, and I'd appreciate any feedback. The only concern I found is that my chosen case lacks USB 3.2 ports and only has USB 3.0 ports, which means I would need to get an adapter. I learned that I can connect the USB 3.0 header from my case to the motherboard's USB 3.2 Gen 1 header since they are compatible, but this would limit my speeds to USB 3.0. To take advantage of the motherboard's faster USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 port, I would need a PCIe expansion card with an internal connector that matches my case. If anyone can review my parts list and suggest any changes or potential issues, I would be super grateful!

If your motherboard has USB 3.2 2x2 capabilities but your case only supports the first-gen 3.2, it might be easier to just find a case that supports the newer standard. You could also just stick with the slower speed for now; it’s not the end of the world if you don’t have the latest ports. PC part picker has already flagged this issue; a new case might be your best move. Alternatively, going through the expansion card route is more complicated than it needs to be.

Thanks for the insight! Do you know of any good tempered glass RGB full tower cases that support the newer USB ports?

Honestly, aside from the graphics card and power supply, I’d rethink most of those parts. They might not be the best fit for your needs. Can you share which components you specifically picked?

Thanks for your feedback! Which components would you suggest I change or replace? It sounds like I should consider swapping most of them out.

What’s your main use for the system? If you're into semi-professional audio editing, there are definitely better alternatives than the current setup. On the other hand, if it's mainly for gaming, the current processor is more than you’d need. Think about going with AMD — their parts are typically stronger for gaming.

I’m going for gaming with this build! What do you mean by 'SB'? Are you saying AMD processors are better than Intel for gaming?
