I'm new to building PCs and want to know if my current parts list is suitable for gaming. I'm not aiming for anything too extravagant—just looking to run games like Helldivers 2, Stellaris, and heavily modded Minecraft at decent frame rates (between 60 to 120 fps). Can anyone evaluate my build? Are there any potential bottlenecks or overpriced components in my list? I'm pretty much a novice, so any advice would be really appreciated!

Make sure to also look at the power supply and cooling solutions. They can make a big difference in maintaining performance and longevity of your PC. Just because it fits in your budget doesn't always mean it's the best choice!
Your current setup probably won't cut it, especially for a smooth gaming experience. I'd suggest considering this new build instead. It uses up-to-date components but still keeps the price around $1234, which is great for what you're looking to achieve, right?
Honestly, your build isn't great. A lot of the components are outdated, which could really hinder performance. I recommend checking out a more current parts list like this one I found: [Updated Build List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JhcQmC). It offers newer parts that are more capable and still within a reasonable budget!
Thanks for the suggestion! Do you think those parts will give me solid FPS for the games I'm looking to play?
Absolutely! With those parts, you should have no trouble hitting your desired FPS in those games.

Good point! I’ll definitely pay more attention to those aspects in my final build.
