My PC’s RGB Fan Lights Are Acting Up, What Should I Do?

Hey everyone! So I woke up and turned on my PC, but I think I might have fried the RGB lights on my fans. Now, every time I boot up, either the RGB lights are completely out, showing weird colors, or just half of them are lit up in different colors. It's super rare for them to come back to normal—like a 1 in 100 chance! Does anyone know if I've completely cooked them, or is there something I can do at home to fix it?

Funny enough, I had to fork out extra cash for the non-RGB fans once, but now I’m thinking of going for the RGB version next time! Just leave the headers disconnected for now.

It sounds like your fan hub might be the problem, especially if you’re using one. If you can, consider replacing it to see if that helps with the RGB issues.

I had the same issue before! You might want to try resetting the BIOS. It can sometimes mess with RGB settings. Also, check if your fans are connected to a hub or directly to the motherboard. There can be limitations on how many RGB setups you can have on one connector.
