I've been seeing a lot of buzz from influencers about the Arctic Freezer III Pro liquid cooler, and I'm considering it for my Ryzen 7 9800X3D. I'm particularly interested in the new ARGB version. However, I've had issues with the P12 Pro I bought previously—its bearings sometimes rattle and create an annoying noise. I already have Be Quiet Light Wings LX fans, which perform really well despite having rifle-shaped bearings that should be lower in quality. Should I go ahead and upgrade to the Arctic Freezer III Pro, or are there better AIO options out there?

Honestly, the Arctic Freezer III Pro is a solid option and definitely one of the best out there for AIOs. That said, many AIOs can handle a 9800X3D without breaking a sweat. If you're in Europe, the price might lean more towards the Arctic, but elsewhere, options like the Thermalright Aqua Elite might be a better value.
Thermalright AIOs are fantastic and often way cheaper than other brands. I've used them in several builds and they consistently perform well. If you're looking to save some cash, I highly recommend checking them out. You can often find good deals, and they come with nice features like temp screens.
I've had great luck with Arctic coolers in general. They really perform well, especially the non-ARGB version. Just make sure to set a custom fan curve to get the most out of it—can be super quiet when you do!

I've been using the V2 of that AIO and can confirm it's pretty quiet, especially with a thick radiator like that. Just set up a fan stop curve and it’s virtually silent!
