Help! My Monitors Keep Going Black After a Few Minutes

I'm having a frustrating issue with my computer that has persisted for over a year. After about five minutes of booting up, both of my monitors suddenly go black and display a "DisplayPort – No signal" message. I've sent my PC back to the store that built it three times for them to investigate the problem. They ran stress tests, even replaced the thermal paste on the CPU, but the issue never appeared on their end. Intriguingly, it always returns after a week of regular use once I have it back home.

When the monitors go black, I sometimes try the keyboard shortcut Win + D, followed by Alt + F4, down arrow, and Enter to reboot, which works sporadically. More often than not, I end up pressing the reset button. The signal usually comes back after a restart, but occasionally I have to restart several times. This typically coincides with the games I'm playing crashing, while my Discord and Spotify continue to run smoothly.

I've noticed several patterns when this occurs:
- Monitors turn off with loud PC fans; signal returns after a reset.
- Monitors turn off with quiet PC; loud restart but no signal.
- Monitors turn off quietly; sometimes a restart brings back the signal, sometimes it doesn't.

The issue usually goes away after two to six restarts, lasting from one to four hours before it returns, mainly when I launch games, not during light tasks. I doubt it's a GPU issue since it was checked by an official MSI service center with no findings.

It might help to take out your RAM sticks, clean them, and re-seat them. Sometimes, dust or poor connections can cause these issues.

Wait, do you mean clean the RAM with something? Like an eraser?

Have you tried using just one monitor? Sometimes reducing the load can help identify if one of the monitors is causing the problem.

I tried that, but it was the same result even with a different monitor.
