Can a 5060 Mobile GPU Handle Triple Monitors for Sim Racing?

I'm transitioning from using a laptop with a 2060 GPU for sim racing on a single screen, where I was able to maintain 70-80 FPS at low to mid settings. Since my laptop has unfortunately died, I'm considering upgrading to a PC or another laptop. I'm specifically curious about the performance capabilities of a 5060 mobile GPU. Can it effectively run three monitors at 1080p on low to mid settings?

If you were fine with a single screen on your 2060, then the 5060 mobile should be similar or a bit better for triple screens. However, it's not the best card out there. If your budget allows, consider something like the 9060XT for better performance. What’s your budget looking like?

I was originally thinking of getting a PC and using my old laptop while traveling for work and then eventually getting a Mac. Now, since my laptop died, I'm in a tough spot with no systems for work or gaming. My budget is around $2500 USD (about 2-2.5 lakhs INR).

Just a heads up, if you’re relying on Apple software for work, Macs can be expensive. A powerful Windows laptop would be much cheaper and might provide better specs for the price. You could potentially build a solid desktop for around $1,000 and still have enough left in your budget for a decent laptop for sim racing on the go. That way, you'd have a more powerful setup for both work and gaming!

The 5060 mobile GPU should handle triple screens decently, but the tricky part will be hooking them up to the laptop. Make sure you have the right ports and cables or consider using a docking station to make connections easier!

Yeah, a docking station would really help with that. It shouldn't be too difficult to connect three monitors if you have one!
