I've been having some frustrating issues with game crashes. At first, I thought it was just a problem with Monster Hunter: World, but when I tried Counter Strike 2, it crashed too. I was testing my GPU under a custom preset to see if it would hit 100% usage. I set all settings to high on CS2 without FidelityFX and high on Monster Hunter, but the GPU usage only hits 70-80%. I have 32 GB of RAM and a Radeon 6900 XT with 16 GB of VRAM, which my boyfriend recommended, and I previously used an RX 580 without any issues in CS2. My CPU is a Ryzen 7 5700X, and I'm starting to wonder if that's the problem. We're puzzled because CS never crashed before, and I really want to play CS and Monster Hunter, especially since my boyfriend isn't into RTS games. Any advice?

It sounds like your crashes could be due to a few factors! Often, issues like this can be linked to power supply problems, overheating, or even faulty RAM. Have you checked if your PSU is sufficient? A 650W should typically handle your setup well enough. Also, keep an eye on your system temperatures when playing to make sure nothing is overheating.

Yeah, I've heard that overheating can cause crashes. Also, it might be helpful to check your RAM with a memory tester just to rule that out. You really don’t want bad RAM messing things up!
