I'm trying to decide between the RX 9070 XT and the RTX 5070 Ti for gaming at QHD. The price difference is minimal, and I've seen reviews suggesting that the RX 9070 XT can sometimes outperform the RTX 5080. Plus, FSR4 seems like a solid feature, and it's a bit cheaper. On the flip side, NVIDIA is known for being a safer bet because of DLSS4 and good support for ray tracing and path tracing. Given these points, what's really the best choice for my setup?

Both GPUs perform nearly the same, so it really comes down to what features matter most to you. If the NVIDIA extras are worth that slight price tag, go with it; if not, the RX 9070 XT is solid too.

If the price difference is small, I’d definitely lean towards the 5070 Ti. DLSS4 seems to have broader support in more games compared to FSR4.

Really think about whether you'll use ray tracing and path tracing. Surprisingly, only a small percentage of RTX users actually activate ray tracing features. That might influence your choice.

FSR4 quality is getting close to DLSS, so relying on that advantage isn't as strong anymore. But if ray tracing is a key feature for you, the RTX 5070 Ti is still the way to go.
