I recently built a new PC and I'm not sure which WiFi driver to download for my ASUS PRIME A520M-A II motherboard. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

You should first download the latest BIOS update for your motherboard. This sometimes helps with driver compatibility. After that, check the ASUS website for the wireless LAN drivers specific to your motherboard model.
I tried downloading the LAN drivers from the ASUS site, but after extracting the files and running the setup, it only updated the Ethernet driver instead of the WiFi driver. Definitely check that you're downloading the correct ones!
