I recently purchased a Silicon Power 2TB UD90 NVMe 4.0 Gen4 PCIe M.2 SSD, but I'm having serious issues when trying to install Windows on it. During the setup process—like selecting keyboard layouts and connecting to Wi-Fi—my computer either freezes completely or the screen goes black and then restarts. I'm worried that the SSD might be faulty, or maybe I didn't install it properly? Could it also be a BIOS or hardware issue that I'm not aware of? I've been struggling with this for two hours and it's really frustrating!

You might want to check what motherboard you're using. Sometimes compatibility issues can cause problems during installation. For reference, what is your motherboard model? I might be able to help you more.
It sounds like a good idea to run a health check on your SSD. Try using GSmartControl and perform the "extended" self-test if you have that available. It can give you a clearer picture of your SSD's condition.
