How can I control the speed of my Arctic P12 fans?

I recently switched to a new case, the Corsair Frame 4000D, and added some Arctic P12 fans—8 of them, to be exact. They're all connected through an Arctic fan hub, but I've noticed that they're running at full speed constantly, making a lot of noise. I tried to adjust the fan speed through the BIOS, but it doesn't seem to be working. I learned there's a difference between PWM and non-PWM fans, and I've also tried using DC mode to control the fan curve. Can anyone suggest how I might be able to control the fan speed or if there are any other options available to me? Thanks!

To control your fans via the BIOS, it's best to connect them directly to the motherboard headers rather than using an external hub. If you're using the fan hub, you'll need to use its specific app or manual controls if available. You might want to plug the hub into a motherboard header, but make sure that the total load won’t exceed the fan header's capacity to avoid issues. Check the manuals for both the motherboard and the hub to be sure!

The hub is connected to my mobo's fan header 1; I'll check the maximum capacity for that port, but I think it should handle 8 fans. The BIOS is picking up the fans running at 1600rpm, so that seems good!
