I'm currently using XPG Lancer 6000MT RAM, but I've had a lot of trouble getting XMP to work properly; every game I try crashes when I enable it. I'm considering switching brands or models to see if that helps. Here are my specs: I have an ROG Maximus Z690 Hero motherboard, an i7 12700K CPU, and the XPG Lancer 2x16GB RAM.

Most 6000MHz RAM sticks actually use the same Hynix A-Die memory chips, so just grab whichever option is the cheapest. If XMP isn't stable with your current kit, it could be faulty instead.
Yeah, I'll probably go with the cheapest option and see if that makes any difference. Thanks!
It sounds like your CPU’s integrated memory controller could be failing, which might necessitate an RMA. But first, consider reinstalling Windows, as that could also be a factor contributing to the instability before you send your CPU off.
I'll give that a shot, thanks for the suggestion!

I've noticed more M die C30 6000 modules showing up again, so keep an eye out for those too!
