I'm having an issue with my external keyboard connected to my Asus Vivobook Flip 14 (TN3402YA). The keyboard lights up and seems to be receiving power, but none of the keys are functioning. I've gone through a bunch of troubleshooting steps including checking different USB ports, reinstalling and updating the drivers, holding down the Num Lock key, restarting my laptop, unplugging and replugging the keyboard, and even adjusting the power settings. Is there something else I can try, or should I just give up on this keyboard?

I get where you're coming from! If the keyboard was left unused in a plastic bag for a long time, it might have some internal issues. If you can, test it on another device to see if it responds there. If it works elsewhere, you might want to check your laptop's USB settings or ports.
Have you confirmed that the keyboard actually works? It sounds like you've tried a lot of standard fixes. If possible, try it on a different computer to see if it functions there. If it doesn't, it might just be that the keyboard is no longer usable. Sometimes, if a keyboard has been sitting unused for a long time, it can stop working altogether.
