I just finished building my new PC and I've noticed that I have to bend my PCIe 5.1 cable a bit to fit it in with the side panel of my case. The PSU manual has a diagram about cable management that I've been trying to follow. I want to know how bad this bending really is. Is it okay to run my setup like this for a few days, or should I consider getting a 90° cable instead?

Slight bends are typically okay for PCIe cables. The main thing is to avoid sharp angles that can damage the wires. If you notice any performance issues or your GPU isn't operating at full capacity, then switching to a 90° cable might be a safer option.
From the picture you shared, it looks like the cable isn't bent excessively at all—just a slight turn. As long as it’s not crimped or pinched, you're probably fine for a few days. Just keep an eye on it to ensure it doesn't get worse as you use your system.
