I've got a Qukenk tablet, the K118 model, and I haven't used it in quite some time. Unfortunately, I've forgotten my login password and I'm having trouble getting in. I'm hesitant about performing a factory reset, and after trying several methods, I've still had no luck. What should I do next?

Have you tried brainstorming to remember the password? Sometimes it helps to think about what you might have used in the past. If it's been a long time, it could be something simple or a variation of something you know.
I just got the tablet, and the password was totally different from what I thought it was!
