My workplace supports employees by helping cover the costs of classes and certifications related to our job roles. Recently, my manager suggested I consider certifications in Windows Active Directory and system administration. However, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by the options available. Since I already have my A+ certification, I'm curious about what high-quality certifications I should pursue next. Any suggestions? Thanks!

There's a ton of options out there! The Active Directory aspect used to be part of the MCSA certification from Microsoft, but they've shifted towards cloud certifications now. While the MCSA material is still relevant, I recommend looking into the Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate cert since it covers both Azure and on-premise environments.
