Trouble Connecting My OptiPlex 7060 to Home WiFi

Hey everyone! I'm in a bit of a jam with my recently purchased OptiPlex 7060. The PC has WiFi and Bluetooth capabilities, but I've been unable to connect it to my home network since it arrived. I reinitialized the system, and during the setup, I tried to connect to my WiFi, but it failed. I managed to bypass the network requirement and set it up, only to find it connected once I reached the desktop, but after locking the computer and returning, I ran into connection issues again. Specifically, it keeps saying the password is incorrect, even though I know it is right. Interestingly, it can connect to mobile hotspot from my phone just fine. I've tried reinstalling the WiFi driver, updating everything, restarting everything multiple times, and fiddling with my router settings. I'm really at a loss here—any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Have you considered getting a USB WiFi adapter? They're pretty affordable and can do the trick without all the troubleshooting! Like, there's a decent one on Amazon for about $11. You might also find better ones if you're looking for something with more range.

No, I bought this OptiPlex because it has built-in WiFi and Bluetooth!
