Should I Upgrade My PC or Buy a New One?

I'm trying to decide whether to upgrade parts on my current PC or just purchase a new pre-built system. My setup includes a 2060 Super 8GB graphics card, an i9 10900K processor, a Z590 motherboard, 32GB of DDR4 RAM, a 2TB SSD, and a 1TB HDD, powered by an 850W platinum PSU. I mainly play World of Warcraft but have started getting into Battlefield 6. Unfortunately, I find myself having to lower the settings to achieve decent performance, which is frustrating. My main concern is the GPU as it feels outdated—I'm constantly hitting the memory limit while gaming. If I upgrade to a 5060 Ti or 5070, I think I would also need to upgrade the CPU, motherboard, and RAM too, potentially costing around $1500 to $1700. I'm overwhelmed with all the options and would really appreciate some guidance!

I'd suggest starting by upgrading the GPU first. You might be surprised how much just swapping that out improves your gaming experience. If you still feel like you're not getting the performance you want after that, then consider a complete rebuild later. The new GPU can always be used if you decide to upgrade more of your system down the line.

That's good advice! I'm also curious about the choice between the 5060 Ti and the 5070. Is the performance difference worth the extra $200? I’ve never swapped a GPU either, so any tips on that would be helpful!
