Your specs look decent, and it seems like you have enough VRAM for AI work. However, aiming for a 10-year lifespan is a bit ambitious. In just 5 years, there will likely be much faster hardware available. While your rig will still function well, if you're using it for work purposes, you'll probably want to consider upgrading sooner to keep up with performance demands.
For heavy workloads like rendering, you might want to consider the Ryzen 9 9950X3D for better performance. Also, instead of the ASUS B850 motherboard, you could look into getting an X870 for a slight price difference.
