What’s the deal with the white LED on my PC’s EZ Debug?

I just moved back home from college with my PC, and I'm encountering an issue where it turns on but gets stuck on the white LED indicator. All my RGB lights and fans are functioning, but there's no display, and the USB ports aren't working either. I've already tried reseating the graphics card, but that hasn't resolved the issue. The RGB on my GPU is lighting up, though. Any ideas?

Is the troubleshooting easy to find in the manual? I thought the LED indicators were pretty universal across the board.

Check your motherboard manual if you haven’t already! Usually, the EZ Debug has different LEDs that correspond to various components. Knowing your complete system specs would help others offer more targeted advice.
