Hi everyone! I recently got a new phone and I'm having trouble with an app that keeps showing up as installed on my old phone, even after I traded it in and factory reset it. I'm unable to log into the app on my new phone due to some authentication issues, and it seems like this might be linked to the app still being active on my old device. When I try to uninstall it from the Google Play Store, it won't let me. Has anyone experienced this before? I'm stuck and my employer and the app's support keep passing me around without help. Any insights would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Hey! This might be related to Google Play Sync. Make sure you're signed into the correct Google account on your new phone—like, the same one you used on your old phone. Try going to the Google Play Store, then to 'Manage apps & device' and look for the DailyPay app there. If you find it, you can uninstall it from that list. Also, check out your Google Account security settings and remove the old phone from the devices list if it's still showing up. This should help clear up any leftover sessions that might be messing with your new phone.

Thank you! I'll give that a shot.
