I'm in the process of building a new computer and I've put together a list of parts. Before I make any purchases, I wanted to check if there are any mistakes in my selections. Here's my setup: [pcpartpicker link]. I live in France and have a budget of around 2000 euros, though I'd prefer to spend a bit less if possible. This PC will be used for both gaming and coding. I chose an RGB case, but I might switch to a standard one later. I also haven't picked a CPU cooler yet since I'm not sure what's best, so I'd appreciate your recommendations on that too!

Definitely don't splurge on a 4070 Super for 1000 euros—that would be a major error! You might want to consider building a 4K gaming setup or go for a 1440p high-FPS rig instead. Check out these suggestions here: [4K build link] and [1440p build link].
Take a look at this setup I recommend: [setup link]. If you want to save some cash, you could consider going for a 5070 Ti instead, but I wouldn't necessarily advise it.
What are the main differences between those GPUs?
Here's another full build for you to consider: [full build link]. It could fit your needs well!
Can you explain why that particular build is good?

Wow, you’re quick to reply!
