I'm having trouble with my DVD player while trying to install Windows from a disc. It's a writemaster model, but the lens only moves slightly before it goes back and makes a noise. Does anyone have suggestions on how to fix this issue? I can share a video if needed.

Have you thought about using a USB drive instead? It’s usually faster and avoids issues like this.
I don't have a USB option; I need to use the DVD I have.
