I recently built a PC using the MSI B850 Gaming Plus WiFi motherboard and installed the appropriate drivers, but I can't seem to get it to connect to WiFi. I'm still learning how to do all of this, so I'm not sure if there's something I'm missing or if there's an issue with the hardware. I can't use an Ethernet cable since I don't have nearby access to an Ethernet connection.

Have you checked if the WiFi antenna is properly connected to the motherboard? That can sometimes be the issue if you're not picking up any networks.
Just a heads up, it's also worth looking into your network settings to make sure the WiFi adapter is enabled. Sometimes they can get turned off unintentionally.
