I have an Intel i5-9400 processor and 16GB of DDR4 RAM. My power supply is around 600W, though I'm not entirely sure. I'm on a tight budget, aiming for something under $100. I'm not looking to play modern games, just some titles from 2010 to 2018, so I don't need a super powerful GPU, but I want a good price/performance ratio. I'm okay with used options, but I prefer to stick with GPUs at their original price as I want to avoid any risks. Honestly, I can't stand using my UHD 630 anymore; it's laggy even with Skyrim!

With a budget of $100, your best bet is to hunt for used GPUs. I can't recommend anything specific since it depends on what's available in your area, but make sure to check benchmarks to see how they stack up.
Look into getting a used GTX 1060 8GB or an RX 580 8GB. Those options should be solid for your needs!
At that price point, you'll definitely want to look for used options. I found some GTX 1080s on eBay that are going for $90-$100, though you'll want to watch out for shipping costs. If you can manage that, it could be a great option!
Looks like I'll have to go that route, thanks! But man, shipping always adds about $50, so frustrating!
I used to run an i5-9400F with a GTX 1070, and it performed really well! That might be something to consider if you can find a used one.

I've been eyeing the RX 580/590 for a while, but the stores around here don’t carry them, and shipping costs on eBay are crazy! Thanks for the heads up!
