I recently gave my brother my old RTX 3060 Ti to replace his GTX 1660 Super. He has an Intel i7 10700F CPU and typically plays Battlefield 6, where he averages about 85 FPS, with a minimum of 60 FPS. However, when he switched to the 3060 Ti, his performance in Valorant dropped significantly. He now averages between 180 to 250 FPS, with noticeable drops during fights, making the gameplay feel really bad. He also mentioned that his monitor looks worse or somewhat blurry, but he's not sure if that's just his perception. What could be causing these issues?

It might help to use DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to completely uninstall all current drivers, then reinstall the latest ones for the GPU. That could fix some performance hiccups.
First, I’d suggest making sure all drivers are updated. Sometimes just a simple driver update can work wonders.

I'll let him know about using DDU since he only updated Windows for Battlefield.
