Is my PC build list solid for the next 5-10 years?

I've put together a PC build and would like some feedback on my parts list, which totals around €3500. My goal is to create a system that won't need upgrading for at least 5-10 years. I mainly chose well-known brands to avoid issues later on. I think the 96GB of RAM is a bit much, but I run several applications simultaneously and might dabble with local language models. Although I'm not currently into gaming, I plan to play the next Witcher game, so I want a system that can handle it. I've already got an O11 Dynamic case, so I picked a specific Noctua cooler that fits. Honestly, I feel a bit unsure about my choices and would appreciate any advice or suggestions, especially if you think I should adjust my budget. I don't want to overspend like on the 5090 graphics card, which is about €2600 here. That said, I'm open to revising my list based on any input!

Honestly, spending all that on the Ryzen 9 9950X3D and a high-end motherboard, yet going with a 5070 Ti seems a bit mismatched. I mean, you really don’t need 192 GB of RAM for gaming; even 64 GB should suffice for most games unless you’re doing heavy multitasking or development work. If you just want to game, think about downgrading to 64GB RAM and maybe a more budget-friendly CPU, which could save you a good chunk of change! Plus, if you're in this high price range, not getting a 5090 might hold you back down the line, so maybe consider whether that fits your usage.

Yeah, the 5090 is way too expensive for me, but I appreciate the input! I’ve updated my list based on your advice.
