I recently had my Nvidia 3060 break down, and I'm now in the market for a new graphics card to pair with my Ryzen 5600 setup. I'm trying to keep costs under $350. I currently have a 500W power supply, which might not be the best for my next GPU choice. I was considering the 5060 or a 3060 Ti, but I heard the 5060 isn't great. I also don't have much experience with Radeon cards, so I'm open to suggestions.

Either the 9060 XT or the 5060 Ti with 16GB would work well! But I’d be a bit concerned about your current power supply situation—might have to keep an eye on that.
What power supply do you have at the moment? If it's an unreliable model, it could have contributed to your 3060's failure. You might need a new one if that's the case.
I’ll check when I get home, but I think it’s an old Chieftec.
The 9060 XT with 16GB is about $350 and would be an excellent choice for your build. Plus, it’s versatile enough to allow for future upgrades, like moving to stronger CPUs.
Would my 500W PSU be enough for the 9060 XT, or should I think about upgrading to a 600W?

Is my PSU sufficient for the 9060 XT, or do I need something better?
