Hey everyone! I'm diving into the world of PC building for the first time, and I'm hoping to get your input. I'm looking to build a gaming PC primarily for 1080p and 1440p single-player games. My budget is up to 1200€. Here's what I have in mind for the build:

- Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B650E-E Wifi (currently priced at 150€)
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 9600X
- GPU: Sapphire Pulse Radeon RX 9060XT 16GB
- Case: Silentware Air 100 RGB
- CPU Cooler: Silentware Bora RGB
- RAM: Patriot Viper Venom 32GB DDR5-6000 CL30
- Power Supply: be quiet! PURE POWER 13M 750W ATX 3.1
- SSD: Samsung 990 EVO PLUS 2TB

I'm open to suggestions for improvements. One area I'm particularly worried about is the RAM prices. Do you think I should wait until January or February to buy it? Would love to hear your thoughts. Thanks!

Overall, your build is looking solid! The Samsung 990 EVO is often criticized for being overpriced, and it may be worth considering alternatives that offer better value. As for the PSU, the be quiet! PURE POWER 13M is a reliable choice, but make sure to compare prices in your area as they can vary quite a bit.

Regarding RAM, it’s unlikely prices will drop significantly anytime soon. If waiting a few months means missing out on gaming, it might be better just to purchase it now rather than risk price increases later!

Thanks for the heads-up! The 990 EVO is currently at 125€, while alternatives like Western Digital or Kingston hover around 115€. I guess I was misled into thinking the EVO was the best option out there. Also, the PSU I found is about 110€ for an 80+ Gold model, just a bit cheaper than the one you mentioned. You're right – the risk of prices going up is probably higher than the potential savings!

Your choice of the Ryzen 5 9600X and the RX 9060XT should provide a great gaming experience at 1080p and even decent at 1440p. Just keep in mind that the performance can vary based on the specific games you play. Also, check for any sales on components; sometimes you can find better deals that fit your budget.
