Hey folks, I'm using a Lian Li 207 case with an AIO cooler and one exhaust fan at the back. My motherboard only has two system fan headers and one CPU header, all rated for a maximum power of 2A. I'm wondering if it's safe to connect four fans—totaling around 1.36A—into one of the system headers, while the other header is already handling four less power-hungry fans (0.12A each). Also, my pump is on the last header set to 80% fixed speed. Thanks in advance for your advice!

It sounds like you’re a bit tight on fan headers! As a general rule, you can connect multiple fans to a single header as long as you don't exceed the 2A limit. Just keep an eye on the total current draw; your four fans at 1.36A should theoretically be fine as long as they don’t spike. Just be cautious with the overall wattage of everything connected to that header.
I think it’s okay if you connect those four fans, but remember that they’re pushing close to the limit. You might want to consider using a fan splitter if your motherboard doesn’t allow for more headers. Just ensure the total doesn’t exceed what your motherboard can handle, and monitor your temperatures and fan speeds after connecting.
You mentioned you have an exhaust fan and three fans from the AIO. That’s pretty solid cooling. Just ensure the airflow is balanced to optimize cooling efficiency!

Yeah, I'd definitely recommend checking the specs on your fans to make sure they really won't exceed that current limit, especially during startup spikes.
