I found a cursor design that I really like and would love to use it on Windows. It's available as a Linux cursor, and I'm wondering if there are any tools or methods to convert these files into the .cur and .ani formats that Windows uses. Any suggestions?

You can check out a tool called win2xcur, which is available on GitHub. It should help you with the conversion, but just keep in mind that the project is a bit dated, so some instructions might not be completely accurate. For example, you may need to use pipx instead of pip. Give it a go and see if it works for you!
