I've noticed something strange with my Task Manager: it's showing 24% total GPU usage, but when I click on the GPU to see which processes are using it, only the Desktop Window Manager (DWM) appears, taking up 0.9%. Meanwhile, it seems like my game is actually using the bulk of that 24%. For instance, Destiny 2 shows 0% GPU usage even when I max out the settings, while the Marvel Rivals launcher shows 2% usage just while idle. I'm curious if other users are having similar experiences. Could it be that Destiny 2 isn't compatible with the current Task Manager or drivers? I used to see '(Dx11)' in the GPU column before I upgraded to Windows 11, but now it just shows 'Destiny 2'. Is it possible that Task Manager is just bugging out? By the way, all my drives are up to date, and I installed the latest Windows update on October 18, 2025. I also haven't installed any preview updates yet.

You might want to check the details tab in Task Manager and see if you can add GPU usage there, or try looking at the Resource Monitor. Sometimes the game itself might not report the right utilization, but a driver or DirectX might show it instead. Your GPU software is likely to give more accurate readings.
I can't add GPU in the details tab either, but I've noticed something weird too! My overall GPU usage shows 49%, yet when I click to see which programs are using it, there's hardly anything there. The in-game overlay shows 48% usage, so it seems like the game is utilizing it, but Task Manager isn't picking it up.
