I've built a PC recently, and everything was running smoothly until one day, the internet just started acting strange. Some webpages have images that are pixelated or look completely messed up, and others won't load properly, requiring several refreshes to get them to show up. I've already tried clean installs of Windows 10 and Windows 11, plus I switched between a wired connection and three different wireless cards, but the issue remains. I even took it to a local shop, and they suggested it was an issue with the motherboard, so I replaced my ASUS TUF 690 Pro WiFi with a Z790 Pro, but the problem persisted. I also tried using onboard graphics after removing my 4070 Ti GPU and even swapped in an older 1080 Ti from my secondary PC, but that didn't help either. I took out both RAM sticks one by one (I have T-Force Vulcan DDR5), and then I swapped them with Kingston Fury DDR5, but still no luck. Recently, I pulled an SSD from my other PC, did a fresh install of Windows 11, but the issue is still there. All my other devices connect to the internet just fine, so I think it's not a modem issue. I haven't replaced the PSU or CPU yet since it seems less likely to be hardware-related. Any suggestions on what else I could check?

Have you tried checking for driver updates? Sometimes, network drivers can be the culprit, and updating them can resolve issues that fresh installs might not fix.
Have you checked your monitor or display cable? Sometimes, the problem can be as simple as a faulty cable or a bad connection. If you have another cable or even a TV to try out, that might help you identify if there’s a display issue.
I tried switching cables from my secondary PC, used both DP and HDMI, and even tested it on a different monitor. Still the same problem.
It sounds frustrating! Since you've done so much already, I'd suggest looking into your network settings. Check if there are any unusual settings, like a proxy or DNS settings that could be causing the problem. You might also want to reset your network configuration.

Yes, I've tried updating all the drivers, including the network ones, but the issue persists.
