I just got a new computer, which is my first real tech device other than my phone. I've been trying to download stuff but nothing seems to work. So, I ran an internet speed test and saw my phone is getting downloads of 195Mbps, but my computer is only at 0.14Mbps. What could be causing this huge difference?

Did you buy the PC new or used? Sometimes, setup issues could arise from prebuilt systems if antennas are missing or not connected properly. Let us know more about your setup!
Sounds like you might have a setup issue. Is your computer connected to WiFi or through a wired connection? If it's WiFi and it’s a new PC, make sure the antennas are plugged in – they usually need to be attached for better reception.
You might need to verify your WiFi signal strength. A weak signal could be why the speeds are so low. Have you tried moving your computer closer to the router or checking for any physical obstructions?
Make sure you're testing your speed using a dedicated app rather than a browser, as that can affect results. I recommend downloading the SpeedTest app. Also, check if you're connected to the 5GHz band; it's usually faster than the 2.4GHz band.
