I've been trying out Splashtop as a potential replacement for TeamViewer. Performance seems solid, but I'm really curious about how well it handles unattended connections and supports multiple administrators. Does anyone here use it across various clients or departments?

I’m using it with a smaller setup and have been really pleased since our switch from TeamViewer after their security breach. It's performed excellently for unattended connections.
I manage Splashtop for about 60 clients and have found it to be a pleasant upgrade from AnyDesk. However, keep in mind that it tends to disconnect when the connection quality dips, so it isn't perfect for slower networks.
I've worked with a Managed Service Provider that utilized Splashtop, and we had about eight admins managing over 50 clients without any issues. Their support team was super responsive whenever we needed help!
I use it with Atera and it works decently, but the licensing rules can be frustrating! We pay for it directly, and sometimes you have to ask users to log out so you can log in. There's also a delay when uploading files if there are too many in a directory. It's not perfect, but on par with other tools I've tried.
We’ve been using Splashtop for around 80 users across three locations for a few years now. I can confidently say their support is excellent and very knowledgeable. Most of our usage is for unattended access, and I’ve never faced any connectivity issues. Just a heads-up though, I experienced a strange glitch when connecting to a user with three monitors—it just crashes without warning, but I suspect my version might be outdated.
