What Are the Options for Wall-Mounted Tiny Screens?

I'm totally new to tech, so please bear with me! I'm designing a bedroom space and want to put my desk in a spot that unfortunately doesn't have a window. I thought it would be nice to create a faux window effect with a small screen that plays beautiful scenery while I work or study. I know projectors can do something similar, but I'd prefer a mounted screen because I'm also considering adding a tiny curtain for effect. My brother mentioned these so-called 'paper TV screens,' but those seem too big and pricey for what I'm looking for. I want something around the size of a regular kitchen window, and it doesn't have to be super high-quality. Does anything like this exist that's small enough to mount directly on the wall?

You might want to check out Atmoph’s window screens. They have something like a digital window that shows beautiful scenes, and it's designed to be mounted on the wall. Seems perfect for your setup!

A small wall-mounted screen could be something like an e-ink display, often referred to as a 'paper screen.' They consume very little power and are super lightweight. However, keep in mind that they can be slow to refresh images, so they’re not best for videos or motion-heavy content. They do look great as static images and mimic real paper incredibly well. Check out brands like Reflection Frame for colorful options!

I wanted something mounted directly on the wall to mimic a window instead of something I have to place on my desk. Can monitors do that? If so, I’d love your recommendations!

Also, their e-ink displays are nice! I’ll look into them; maybe there’s something bigger.
