I recently reinstalled the Adrenaline software and immediately encountered a message saying, "Default performance tuning settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure." This isn't the first time I've faced this issue; it's at least the second or third occurrence this year. Can anyone explain what might be causing this problem? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

The unexpected system failure could be because the drivers had to reset after the reinstall. Sometimes when you go through a reinstall, it doesn't pick up on the previous settings properly, leading to those failures being reported. It's a bit of a bugbear, but it's not unusual.
That makes sense! But why would this happen even on a first install? It's frustrating when it keeps occurring.
