How Can I Identify My Motherboard Model for RAM Upgrade?

I'm trying to determine the exact model of my motherboard as I want to upgrade the RAM on my prebuilt PC. I've checked the motherboard and couldn't find any identifiers, including the serial number. I used CPU-Z to gather information about it, and I know it's a B550 motherboard. However, I am struggling to pinpoint the exact model on the ASUS website. Can anyone assist me with identification?

Your motherboard is likely the G15DK from an ASUS prebuilt, but it's not an off-the-shelf item. For an upgrade, you'll need DDR4 3200 or 3600 RAM that's non-ECC.

I don't mean to be a bother, but is it possible that the motherboard isn't listed on the ASUS site? I've looked for the G15DK but can't find it. How do I check the QVL for this board?

Most likely, your motherboard is this one or a similar model: https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-b550m-k/.

If you can post a picture of the physical motherboard, it might be easier to identify it.

It seems like you have a custom motherboard designed for ASUS's prebuilt systems. Generally, any DDR4-3200 or DDR4-3600 RAM should be compatible with it.
