I'm looking to upgrade my PC since my RX480 build from 2017 is starting to become outdated. I've done some research and put together a new parts list, but I need some advice on optimization. My budget is around $2500, although I'm willing to stretch it a bit for the right components. Currently, I have the RX 9070XT as my GPU, but I'm considering switching to the 5070TI instead because the price difference is only about $100 and I've read it outperforms the 9070XT. Here's the link to my parts list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Lc3Z6Q. Thanks for your help!

I’ve made some adjustments to your build, and you could save around $300! Check out this list:
- AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU - $476.99
- Thermalright Peerless Assassin CPU Cooler - $34.90
- Gigabyte X870E AORUS ELITE WIFI7 Motherboard - $249.99
- 32 GB of DDR5 RAM - $179.99
- 4 TB WD_BLACK NVME SSD - $249.99
- ASRock RX 9070 XT Video Card - $599.99
- Montech 850W Power Supply - $89.90
- Windows 11 Pro - $139.99
Total: $2021.74! Enjoy the upgrade!
You might want to reconsider the X series motherboard. From my experience, I’m not a fan of Gigabyte. Also, that NVME drive seems a bit pricey; consider using two 2TB drives instead. It might save you some cash and still offer great performance!

Other than the cost, is there a specific reason to avoid the X series motherboard?
