I'm working on a final project for class that requires me to use a programming language we haven't covered so far. We've tackled Java, C++, Scheme, Haskell, Prolog, ML, and Python. I'm thinking about diving into either Rust or JavaScript, but I'd love to hear your thoughts on which would be more useful or interesting to learn.

You've learned a lot already! But honestly, if you have to choose something new, I’d say JavaScript or TypeScript will be the most beneficial. They're widely used for web development and can really expand your toolkit.

That makes sense! I was thinking of something for web development too, so maybe I should go that route.
