How Can I Get a Refund for an Accidental Subscription on Strava?

I accidentally subscribed to Strava and realized my mistake just an hour later. I haven't opened the app and don't plan on using it at all. I've submitted a refund request through Google Play, but I'm feeling pretty anxious about it. Has anyone here experienced something similar? Did you manage to get your money back? I just want to make sure I don't get charged! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It’s kind of surprising how easy it is to accidentally subscribe, right? I think it often offers a free trial, which might trick someone into subscribing without realizing. Just keep checking your Google Play for updates on your refund request!

Totally get that! I was confused once too and ended up with a subscription I didn’t want. It’s always a relief when the refund comes through, though.

Getting a refund for accidental subscriptions can be stressful, but you've done the right thing by requesting it through Google Play. Many users have successfully received refunds when they act quickly, especially if they haven't used the service yet. Just keep an eye on your email for the confirmation, and you should be okay!

That's solid advice. I did the same with another app once, and they processed my refund without any hassle as I hadn’t used the app.
