Last night, I took some time to clean my computer by taking it apart and clearing out all the dust. It was running perfectly afterward. However, when I tipped it on its side to put the cover back on, I accidentally dropped it from its own height. The monitor showed 'no signal' for a split second and then went dark. All the fans are still running, and the power light is on, but the monitor won't turn on, and there's no power going to my keyboard, microphone, or mouse. I've checked the connections, and everything seems fine. I'm not very knowledgeable about computers, and I'm wondering what I should check next. Should I just take it to a repair shop?

I’d recommend taking it all apart and reassembling it. It might just be a loose connection somewhere. Plus, this way you can inspect each component for any visible damage.
If you still don’t see any video after trying those things, it might be worth pulling off the CPU cooler and reseating the CPU itself.
Don't forget to check if your RAM is seated properly. It’s pretty common for sticks to get loosened up just from a little drop. Pull them out and put them back in to see if that helps!
Make sure to inspect the GPU as well. If it’s even slightly unseated, it could cause those issues. Sometimes checking all the power cables can help too; they need to be properly connected to the motherboard to display video.
It might help to unplug everything and reseat all the removable components. Worst case scenario, there may be some damage on the logic board, but hopefully reseating the CPU and graphics card will fix it. Just make sure everything is securely connected!
I agree! If the CPU or GPU was unseated, the computer usually beeps during boot up.
Definitely the way to go—sometimes those connections can shift even a little when you drop it.
