Should I Upgrade to a PC or Get a PS5?

I've had my PC for about 9 or 10 years now, and it's really struggling to keep up. Currently, I have a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU and a Radeon RX 590 GPU. I mostly play Call of Duty and Battlefield, and I'm looking to get my games running smoothly at high settings with 120-140 FPS at 1080p. The price for a PS5 is around $500 and for a PS5 Pro it's about $750, but I'm struggling to find a PC build that meets my performance needs for a similar price. I've seen PCs with a 5070 starting at around $1500, even higher for custom builds. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If you’re finding building a PC more expensive than buying pre-built, you might be picking the wrong parts. A solid build with a 5070 should be around $1300. Just so you know, a 5070 is also way more powerful than the PS5 Pro's hardware—it's almost equivalent to two of them in terms of performance!

Got it! If I were to go for a 5060, would that still meet my performance needs?
