I'm curious if I should be concerned about the motherboard needing newer BIOS updates to support the CPU. Also, how can I optimize the entire build without sacrificing quality, especially considering my main uses will be for high-end gaming, music production, and AI work? Thanks in advance!

You might want to consider getting a better motherboard. Everything else looks solid, but a quality motherboard can really help maximize performance. I have a build similar to yours but with a 9900X and a B850 motherboard, which works great!
